This is my favorite tune right now. Saw it live in Telluride and met Roy backstage afterwards, thanks to the artist pass - he was so strung up on drugs that I don’t think he remembers any of that show. But he was really good. Really really damn good.
I like the way the pianist fixes the piano at the beginning and during his solo. It makes it sound like a guitar synth in a good way.
This is a song named after a Métro stop in the Second Arrondissement in Paris. Never been there.
